LONDON, Tuesday 11 February 2025: The London Book Fair (LBF) has today revealed the shortlist for the Trailblazers Awards 2025, celebrating ten industry professionals in their first ten years of working in the industry, who are demonstrating creativity, dedication and innovation in their roles within the book industry.

Now in their tenth year, the awards are run by The London Book Fair, in partnership with the Publishers Association (PA), the Society of Young Publishers (SYP) and BookBrunch.
The Trailblazer Awards 2025 Shortlist:
- Adriano Noble, Assistant Editor, Dialogue Books (Hachette UK)
- Andi Michael Forsythe, Founder, Meetcute Book Festival
- Elizabeth Kellingley, Accessibility Manager, Bloomsbury Publishing
- Glen Weatherhead, Author, Indie Release Radar
- Laura Dolan, Account Director, CPI Books UK
- Nancy Adimora, Founder and Publishing Director, OtherStories
- Rebecca Parkinson, Marketing Coordinator, Manchester University Press
- Sarah Alsop, International Sales and Marketing Associate, Princeton University Press
- Searsha Sadek, Founder and Chief Product Officer, Shimmr AI
- Selina Brown, CEO and Founder, Black British Book Festival

This year’s Trailblazers will be promoted across The London Book Fair’s social media channels and website, as well as in BookBrunch. Each winner will receive a coveted Trailblazer trophy along with a complimentary ticket to this year’s and next year’s fair, a work placement/shadowing opportunity with the Publishers Association, membership to the Society of Young Publishers, and a free subscription to BookBrunch.
The overall winners will be selected by a judging panel and announced on Tuesday 11th March at 11:00am at the Focus Theatre, on the first day of The London Book Fair. More information available here.
